Each scribed with detail from Molyneux’s 1592 Terrestrial Globe via a Middle Temple archival survey photograph depicting Drake’s circumnavigation. Verso scribed with corresponding text from the anonymous diary account of the voyage published by Richard Hakluyt in 1589 ‘Principals of Navigation’ giving a visual shorthand of commodities gained and a timeline of the circumnavigation voyage as depicted by Molyneux.
